Jess is in the states right now training with Dan Henderson and Team Quest. So far he says the regime is hardcore and is on his way to becoming the best shape of his life. While his time in America, Jess's trusty assistant instructors will take the classes back home here in London.
Jess's opponent for his 2nd UFC appearance has been changed to Anthony Torres, a TUF veteran with a pro MMA record of 5-0. This will be Jess's toughest test yet as he is set to prove to the world that he is a serious force in the international MMA scene.
As stated in the previous
news post, while Jess is away there will be changes to the classes until Jess returns. There will be NO Tuesday and Thursday classes. Other classes will run as normal, but there will be no 6:00pm open mat sessions.

Henneken for winning his kickboxing match recently in Florida via a spinning back kick in less than 30 seconds. Very impressive.
