Good Start to the year

As always every month we have a lot to write about. First things first:

We would like to welcome back an old friend and former instructor of Pancrase London. Paul Haynes has come back from Australia and will be now running the Monday nights at the PL Gym. We have made a slight change to our new timetable. Now Monday nights are 7:00pm - 8:00pm: Dirty Boxing, 8:00pm - 9:00pm: Grappling.

A few more fights are coming up in February. The very long awaited rematch between our Ashleigh Grimshaw vs Ronnie Mann. After their amazing display of skill at Cage Rage: Contenders, the big chiefs have decided to put the two back together in the cage at the next Cage Rage, set for February 10th. The fearless Wesley Felix is also planning to make his return to the cage at FX3. Stay tuned to keep updated on the progress of our fighters.

I've saved the best till last. Jess Liaudin, the head instructor of Pancrase London is in the end stages of signing a 3 fight contract with the UFC. Jess's hard work has finally paid off. He will be competing on the next UFC event in the UK. As of yet an opponent has not been named, but keep checking back regularly as we will reveal more information as they become available.
