NEW GYM INFO
With a week left until the new gym opens on January 2nd, we have now released the new timetable and pricing schemes.
Prices:
Joining fee of £40 (incl: PL T-shirt and insurance)
Option 1: £50/month (direct debit)
Option 2: £40/month 1 year contract.
Option 3: £6/class
Non Members: £8 day pass
Pancrase London Gym Timetable:
Monday 7-8 Dirty Boxing 8-9 grappling
Tuesday 7-8 thai boxing 8-9 Grappling 9-10 sparring.
Wednesday 7-8 Street boxing 8-9 grappling 9-10 sparring.
Thursday: 7-8 Shootboxing 8-9 grappling 9-10 sparring
Friday: 6.30-8.30 PM : MMA (mix stand up and ground game)
Saturday: 1-3 MMA (mix stand up and ground game)
Sunday close.

Wednesday: 12.15-1.15 kickboxing
Friday: 7.15-8.15 am Boxing conditionning
Covent garden:
Monday 7-8 shootboxing
Tuesday 12.15-1.00 Kickboxing
Friday: 7-8 wresling 8-9 grappling
