A very big thanks to Paul Haynes and Shahrokh for taking the classes while Jess and the assisstant instructors were way in Thailand. We look forward to seeing you guys again and hope you drop by more often.

As most of you already know: Jess, Ash, Dean and Harry were in Thailand attending a Mauy Thai and MMA training camp. They have returned with excellent new tricks and a abundant amount of stories. Jess wasted no time in showing his class these new moves as he enthusiastically made his students drill them.

Jess's trip to Thailand could not have happened at a better time. Jess is set to face Lee Dorski at the next Cage Rage: Contenders event being held on Sunday, 20th August 2006. Jess has also a great deal going on these tickets so if you would like to purchase them contact Jess asap.
