18/07/2006 Trainers off to thailand On the 16th of July, Jess, Ash, Dean and Harry have left the UK for a summer training camp in Thailand on the island of Phuket. They will be developing their kickboxing skills as well as getting into shape. We all look forward to their return by the end of the month. Meanwhile back in London, Phil will be taking the Kickboxing classes and the experienced and old friend of Pancrase London, Shahrokh, will be taking over for the grappling and MMA classes until the return of Jess and the assisstant instructors.
